Absolutely not. Not only do we not use cage dryers, we do not use cages. We instead have open pens and gates so the pups are more at ease during their stay.

You are more than welcome to stay in our cozy lobby area and wait if you would like! However, we do not allow pet parents to watch as it is extremely distracting for both the pet and the groomer.

We do not offer boarding.

We require all of our clients to stay on a regular once per month schedule. If your pup is not ready for a haircut that is okay! If you don't want a full cut we can instead do a Tidy Up(trim around eyes/face, feet and sanitary areas) to keep your furry friend looking their best. Staying on a once per month schedule is essential to keeping a dog's skin, coat and nails in good condition.

Why is it important for pets to be on this schedule?

• A dog's skin cycle is about 21 days. Bathing with high quality shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 weeks is essential for healthy skin and coat.
• Nail health. A dog's nails should be done every 2-4 weeks to keep them maintained.
• Behavior. When a dog goes to the groomer at least once a month it becomes a part of their routine and they learn to enjoy their spa day.
• Coat maintainence (for long haired breeds). Having your pet on a 4 or less week schedule helps to keep their coat free of matting (tangles that are tight to the skin), and helps reduce shedding in double coated breeds (huskies, corgis, shepards, pomeranians, etc).

We actually use shampoo AND conditioner on every pet. We only use Natures Specialties or CHI for Dogs brand products. We try our best to only use products that are naturally derived and not harsh on the dogs' skin and/or coat.

Yes. The monthly payment not only covers your dog's bath/haircut but it also covers your spot in our schedule. This way we are able to limit the number of dogs we see in order to keep things quiet and cozy for our furry friends.
